Poland Tickets

The 2012 UEFA European Football Championship, or Euro 2012, will be the 14th Championship for national football teams sanctioned by UEFA. The final tournament will be hosted by Poland and Ukraine between 8 June and 1 July 2012.

The Poland national football team represents Poland in association football and is presided over by the Polish Football Association. Their home ground is Silesian Stadium in Chorzów. Poland have a had a rather hit and miss footballing history with highs such as pipping England to the post to qualify in the 1974 World Cup in which they finished third overall. They matched this achievement in 1982. Poland have also won a gold medal at the 1972 Summer Olypmics and silvers in 1976 and 1992. Despite only qualifying for the European Championships for the first time in 2008 they are joint host for the 2012 competition along with neighbours Ukraine.
