Germany Tickets

The final tournament of the 14th UEFA European Football Championship will be held in Poland and Ukraine from 8 June to 1 July 2012. It will be the third time that the final tournament is jointly hosted by two countries (after Belgium/Netherlands in 2000 and Austria/Switzerland in 2008).

Die deutsche Fußballnationalmannschaft or the German National Football team has represented Germany in International Competitions since 1908. The Team and those competing in the Bundesliege is governed by the Deutscher Fußball-Bund (The German Football Association), which was founded eight years previous.
Befitting Germany's turbulent past under Allied occupation and division, two other separate national teams were also acknowledged by FIFA: the Saarland team (1950–1956) and the East German team (1952–1990). Since the reunification of Germany all the statistic and caps have been absorbed into the German National Team.
Germany is recognised throughout the world as a force to be reckoned with having won three World Cups and three European Championships as well as being three and four times runners up in the European Championships and World Cup respectively. To date, Germany is the only nation for both it's men and women's teams to win the World Cup.
