It is currently not possible to confirm the exact location of seats as this information may have not yet been released to The Sports Box Office. Generally we list tickets according to categories: Category is located in the longer side of the length of the pitch in the upper or lower tiers, Category 2 is located in the shorter side of the length of the pitch behind the goals in the lower or upper tiers.

We advise you, that when you receive your tickets, check to make sure they are exactly what you ordered. If we made a mistake, please contact us as soon as is reasonably practicable so that we can rectify our mistake as quickly as possible. Any postal costs incurred we will refund to you.
I do not live in the UK, how will I get my tickets?

If, in exceptional circumstances we cannot send the tickets by courier you will not be charged for that type of delivery.
*Delivery Exceptional Circumstances* - may mean we are unable to send the tickets to you because the tickets may arrive to us later than we expect, (sometimes we are not in receipt of the tickets as they may not have been released by our supplier or even printed.) Why is the price I paid different from the face value?
Availability and ticket prices on the secondary ticket market are driven by demand, not by the luck of being the first to get through when the tickets go on sale. Buying tickets on the secondary ticket market gives fans a chance to see events that they might not have a chance to see otherwise.
For events that are in high demand, a secondary ticket market is the best bet to get a decent seat or just get in to see the event. Face value is the expression used to refer to the price printed on the "face" of the ticket, i.e. the price it is sold for on the primary market. This price is determined by the concert tour promoter, the club or organizer of the event.
The face value of a ticket can differ from the selling price, because the tickets on The Sports Box Office are sold at "market value". This is the price a consumer is willing to pay for a ticket to a specific event.
If the event is in high demand, the selling price is likely to be higher than the face value on the ticket and vice versa. Tickets to high demand events usually trade above face value. At Sports Box Office we are committed to providing a free and open marketplace, where ticket prices are based on their market value.
Do you offer child/OAP reductions on ticket prices?
The Sports Box Office do not offer any discounts on tickets. In some events we may offer group discounts on bookings of 10+ All persons must provide a ticket including babies in arms.
Why do you need my ID?
Due to the increasing amount of fraudulent debit / credit cards, we sometimes ask our clients to provide their card's statement to verify that the correct details correspond to the billing address of the card. In some anomalous situations, The Sports Box Office may ask for additional ID. The reason we ask for this is as we are an e-commerce company we have to be diligent against online fraud. We do not have the facility to Visa/ Mastercard verify your EVERY credit card depending on your country of residence. Due to this, we ask for proof of photo ID and the formal letter corresponding to the billing address the credit card is registered to. Please note that we only ask for this once, and if you do book again in the future you will never be asked for your ID again. Moreover, your details are shredded, destroyed and never kept.
What is a "market value"?
Market value is the price consumers are willing to pay for a ticket to a specific event. Sometimes it is less than the price printed on the ticket and sometimes it is more.
What is the difference between a Category One and a Category Two ticket?
A category one ticket is situated alongside the length of the pitch and a category two is situated behind the goal.
